Is there an extra capacity tank available for the 315?

There were two manufactures of these tanks, one in Japan and one in Italy, they no longer produce these tanks. None are available.

Is there an extra capacity tank available for the 4rt?

No, there is a seat/tank that is made by the Italian importer, however this unit has a price tag of over $650.00!! It currently is not imported into the US due to cost.

Is there a seat available for the 315?

Is there a seat avialable for the 4rt?

Can the 4rt seat be installed on the 315?

This would require quite a lot of modification. New brackets, etc.. Nothing is available for purchase to do this.

Is there a headlight available for the 315 or 4rt?

Yes, contact your dealer, this is a special order item.

Will the fenders interchange from the 4rt to 315?

No

Do The Clutch Plates interchange from the 4rt to 315?

No, the 4rt plates will not fit into the 315 clutch basket, the 315 plates will fit into the 4rt basket. Their performace is bad.

Are there White Plastics avialble for the 4rt?

Not from Montesa USA, we purchase our parts from Europe, and the Montesa has not been produced with White plastics. The Honda version of this bike is sold only in Japan and it came with White plastics, Lewisport does import these parts out of Japan.

Can the 4rt Fuel Injection be Modified on my stock unit?

No, only the HRC Programmable unit can be modified.

How do I get this HRC Programmable units on my bike?

They are avialable from your local dealer. There are three pieces to the Kit; The Throttle body/ECU, Connecting Cables, Programming Software.

How much is this kit?

For all three items, about $450.

What can I do with this Kit?

This kit modifies the Ignition timing to soften or make the power stronger any where the throttle position intersects the rpm range, See Image. The Fuel Mapping part of the software is only to coincide with the adjustments that are made to the Ignition adjustments. Add 1% of fuel for every 3 degrees of Ignition timing added, and reduce 1% of fuel for every 3 Degrees of Ignition timing. Fuel is NEVER added or reduced to attain more power. Ignition timing is what will soften or strengthen your power.

Can I damage my motor with this kit?

We have yet to hear of any motor damage, HRC says you cannot damage your motor with this kit. We have found that adding to much fuel will foul spark plugs and not enough fuel will cause the bike to run lean, pop etc..
